| I have been in love with this
wonderful breed since childhood and finally talked Bob into a German
Shepherd male in 1975 - a gift for our 17 year old son. We later
acquired a female and since breeding our first litter in 1980, we have
never looked back. There were many times when the more "faint of
heart" would have quit, but our passion for this breed overcame all
obstacles --- and there have been many. Since 1986 we have been located on 10 rocky, wooded acres outside of Victoria, British Columbia on beautiful Vancouver Island, a wonderful environment in which to raise dogs. German Shepherds are our love and our life. Our dogs are our family now, and our puppies are home-raised and well socialized. We breed for beauty and soundness of mind and body. In following our beliefs and breeding to the standard, we are producing champions, obedience-titled dogs and --- above all -- loving home companions. All our breeding animals are OFA or OVC certified and all pups are guaranteed. We are very proud of the fact that we have been the Pedigree Top German Shepherd Breeder in Canada seven times between 1993 and 2001. We have produced many multiple champion litters, as well as solid OFA litters, but most important, our "family" of puppy owners grows and grows and we are always thrilled to receive letters, pictures or phone calls from happy folks who are proud of their four-legged kids.
